To make our packages as affordable as possible regardless of location we offer "a flat $7 shipping rate per box"
We offer three subscription options plus a one-time gift offering. All options follow the academic calendar and we only ship Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March and April.
Whenever possible we choose nut-free options. We do not offer a gluten free alternative at this time but will try to limit the inclusion of these items. We are not the manufacturer of any of the food items and we advise that the recipients refer to the manufactures list of ingredient on the individual packaging.
If your church is interested in learning more or to obtain a launch kit for your congregation, please email our support team at email@example.com. This kit will include all the materials necessary to promote the program and offer a systematic guide to launch AnchorU at your church. We are limiting congregational programming during our inaugural season to make sure we can provide a quality experience.
Subscription options automatically renew and work on a rolling calendar. For example, if you place your order in July for 4 months your first delivery will be for September and include the following 3 months. The one-time gift option does not auto renew and is a great way to test out the program or offer a single boost of encouragement. The benefit of a subscription is you have the convenience of securing your sponsored students faith automatically with discounted pricing. You can cancel your subscription at any time but because we bill in advance your will be charged for your current subscription period and your billing will stop for the next period.
Our cut off for delivery is the 10th of the month. So if you purchase before the 10th of the month your package will ship at the end of that month (if part of the standard calendar) and be received at the beginning of the next month. For example, if you purchase your gift on September 5th, your student’s package will be shipped at the end of September for receipt in October. No worries if you miss a cut off. You order will just bump to the next month in our rolling delivery schedule.
Yes, just login and alter your account. Cancel by the 5th of the month to turn off the next month’s auto renewal. If you have a 4 or 8-month subscription and still have boxes remaining in that plan your student will continue to receive the rest of those boxes since they were prepaid.
Yes, as long as you order within the correct window. For example, if you want an October box you need to order after Aug 10 and before September 10th.
At a minimum, you will need the student's home address and email to start a sponsorship. We set up our students with their own login, which allows then to go in and update their address when necessary. We will also send your student reminders if we are missing an address when you made your purchase.

September’s package ships the last week of August and must be purchased by 8/10
October’s package ships the last week of September and must be purchased by 9/10
November’s package ships the last week of October and must be purchased by 10/10
December’s package ships the last week of November and must be purchased by 11/10
January’s package ships the last week of December and must be purchased by 12/10
February’s package ships the last week of January and must be purchased by 1/10
March's package ships the last week of February and must be purchased by 2/10
April’s package ships the last week of March and must be purchased by 3/10
If you purchase a 4 or 8-month subscription mid semester the delivery of packages will roll into the next semester’s delivery schedule.
